The entire stay was wonderful. The check-in process was quick and easy and even allowed for an earlier check-in. The room was very clean, well-maintained, large, and plenty of outlets located throughout the room (very rare to find in a hotel when traveling around Asia). The bed was comfortable (not the normal hard beds you find at most hotels), and the air conditioner worked great. The breakfast buffet had minimal food, but was decent tasting. I ordered room service, and the food was also decent. The pool was very clean and well-maintained the entire time we were there, and I enjoyed it very much. However, it is a bit small for the number of rooms they have there. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The friendliest staff I have encountered yet at a hotel here in the Philippines.

A very comfortable and well equipped room (kettle, fridge, phone, hair-dryer, a comfy armchair, night lamps and sockets beside the bed), a small but functional bathroom. The hotel is located about 10 mins' ride from the airport, by the main road and offers free pick-up and drop-off. There is a supermarket and restaurants just round the corner. The personnel are very helpful and respectful, they helped me organise a friendly taxi driver for a day to do sightseeing in Mactan and Cebu, and I could also get a breakfast packet when leaving the hotel early in the morning. Besides, the hotel has a swimming pool, a very small one, that I could use, too. It was a very pleasant stay overall.

Room was great and spacious, though says you can cook but facilities for cooking weren't much, a microwave and toaster oven only. Bed was comfy. Pickup and drop off to airport was sensational. They were waiting as we exited, so that was a real plus! Supermarket, outlet stores and heaps of restaurants were just 5 minutes walk, as was the bus terminal if you wanted to get a bus to Cebu city (20php). The breakfast was included and was absolutely amazing! Masarap!

We were upgraded to a suite which was terrific ! It was a complete one bedroom apartment with 1.5 bathrooms , also a small kitchen right at the swimming pool and 30 second walk from the dining room . Also excellent buffet breakfast included and everyone friendly . It was way in the back so you get a golf cart ride each time you need to go to the reception or the street . So it was completely quiet . If you can afford it get the royal suites in back . .

Excellent value for money, complimentary airport pick up that was there for us arriving. Our bed was super comfortable we had the best night sleep :) There is an outlet shopping village 5 mins away and massage shop next door! Amazing value for money.
